Who will look after your implant for life?
A cochlear implant is for life, and so is the care it needs: programming (mapping), repairs, spare parts, therapy and future upgrades. So you are choosing two things: the manufacturer, and the local partner who will support you for life. Choose one that has been here for decades, and will be for decades to come.
